We sell both new and used devices. Each listing shows its condition grade, key specs and product notes so you can compare clearly.
Do used laptops have real photos?
Used listings should show real-device photos where possible. Product pages also show condition notes and battery health when available.
Is there warranty cover?
Eligible products include six-month exchange cover for genuine issues. Water damage, physical breakage and misuse are excluded.
